  • Coffee protein powder
  • Chia seeds
  • Water
  • Oat milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • Caramel Layer:

  • Caramel
  • Silken tofu
  • Water
  • Neutral oil
  • Coffee protein powder
  • Salt

Method

Prep ingredients

Mix chia seeds, coffee protein, water, oat milk, and vanilla. Let it set in the fridge.

Add remaining ingredients

Blend all caramel ingredients until smooth.

Blend until smooth

Layer chia pudding and caramel in a 80:20 ratio.
