Shipping Policy
After your order has been placed, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order.
Thereafter, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure that they’re in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they’re packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners ship the package to you as soon as possible. We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In cas our delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address or you’re unavailable at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days from your date of order.
How are Setu’s items packaged?
We package our products in composite cans, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of your tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Does Setu ship outside India?
Unfortunately, Setu does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working at starting international delivery in the future, so stay tuned!
