Just 4 simple ingredients — that's it!

1 large ripe banana
2 large eggs (or 4 egg whites for lower calories)
1 level scoop (35g) Setu Plant Protein with Veg Collagen
1 level scoop (35g) rolled oats

Directions

Six easy steps to pancake perfection

Pop a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and leave it to heat up. If it begins to smoke, it's too hot.

Add your banana and eggs to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Add the protein powder and rolled oats to the blender and process until smooth. Add these after the banana and eggs to prevent powder from getting stuck at the bottom.

Pour a quarter of the batter into your preheated frying pan, making a pancake around 5" wide. For thicker pancakes, wait 20 seconds and pour a dribble more batter on top.

Wait around 30 seconds (or until golden on the bottom), then flip with a spatula and cook for a further 30 seconds. Repeat until you have no batter left.
