  • Chia seeds
  • Water
  • Strawberry puree
  • Galangal
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Lemongrass
  • Coconut milk powder
  • Strawberry Sauce:

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Honey
  • Water
  • Basil
  • Strawberry protein powder

Method

Prep ingredients

Infuse water with galangal, kaffir lime, and lemongrass. Strain.

Add liquids first

Mix infused water with chia seeds, protein, strawberry puree, and coconut milk powder. Chill to set.

Blend until smooth

Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.

Serve and enjoy

Layer pudding with sauce and serve chilled.
